Those are either unopened individual bottles that Amazon originally was selling by the box (6 pack) but at some point they were separated or old label designs.
The seller is Amazon themselves"used, very good" is just to bypass restrictions that some sellers may face on listing it as "new". That's all. I'm 99.997% sure it's new, factory sealed product. Just this particular seller can't list it as such. I just explained this to my 4 year old son and he understood the concept

There are some shady people that will use oil and pour their old oil back into the bottles and return for a refund. Same as when returning a TV after the super bowl or shoes after a wedding.Some people, presumably adults, think this is an actual listing for a used oil
