Yes, this is the conundrum of the century. Truly unknown why people might buy the AmazonBasics instead of QS at 4x the cost. No one will ever figure it out.
And with a plethora of demanding approvals including Longlife-01.

10 quarts 46 bucks I would say I'm in, maybe make a mix... oil is expensive folks, this oil should be just fine..

Yeah it doesnt appear to be showing 0W-40 at all.
I got 2 jugs Quaker State Euro L 5W-40 I think, so. Now I can Frankenbrew with my 5W-30 because why not.. QS seems to be the new Low Price Leader.

Ordered 4 five quart jugs of the Amazon 0W40 and just received a delivery date this morning of December 11 thru 13th. I previously ordered the Amazon 5W30 HM Synthetic Blend 2 five quart jugs when posted less then 15.00 a jug and delivery date was supposed to be first week in January. Those 2 five quart jugs arrived at my house on November 22, 2022. Keeping my fingers crossed the Amazon 0W40 Euro comes through. That price was "fantastic" being -- $28.48 for 4 five quart jugs -- shipping and taxes included.
