A few years ago a friend of mine started working for a local company that said they would revolutionize fuels by creating a diesel fuel alternative made from sugar, and converted by yeast. I think they never really had a problem making it, but the main issue was their efficiency and cost. But years ago it kind of fell apart and it seems that they shifted from biofuels to cosmetic additives.

I need to come up with a scam to get money from investors to research a renewable fuel.

It worked, but the problem was that it wasn't competitive with petroleum diesel if the price of a barrel of oil went below $100.

And if you are old enough, you will no that "a little dab'll do you! Watch out, the Fords will all pursue ya." And it could be a dual product...it's diesal fuel. No, it's an anti-aging cream. No, wait, it's both!!!
