alternating oil types

Hi,
I understand that alternating synthetic and dino oils can damage oil seals.
Would the same happen while alternating group III and IV pseudosynthetic and synthetic oils.

Thats one of the 10 myths of syn oil. You can alternate as many times as you like. Theres a list of the 10 syn oil myths around somewhere if I can find i'll try to post it.
