All-Proof synthetic oil

So I've come across a large box of these cans of "All-Proof synthetic motor oil and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me a little more about it. Now I'm new so I don't know how to post a picture. But it's a red can titled ALL-PROOF synthetic motor oil" the first synthetic motor oil since 1962 with ENOCA on it.
