The caster is pretty equal, so theres not much of an issue there, but the rear camber is going to cause tire wear. You may need a set of camber bolts in the rear to pull it in.
Don't worry about caster, it's equal side to side. You're right on the edge of spec. The rear camber could be junk in the trunk or worn springs. I see a lot of sagging Pilots and that's normal with age. Looks like your steering wheel is off-center.
