Agip 5w40 synthetic

I work at a power equipment store here in NY and the other day our oil rep. cut us a good deal on Agip 5w40 synthetic oil.We were using Mobil 1 15w50 for some of the hydo tansmissions on some of the larger equipment but at 3.00 a quart we couldn't beat the price. Anyway I am now tempted to try this stuff in my truck and do analysis and see what the numbers say.Also I can get this stuff in just about any grade , takes about a day to get.Any thoughts?

Agip is pretty big in Europe right? Doesn't Ferrari use this oil? A VOA/UOA on this stuff would be interesting to see..
