Agip 4T racing 10W60 is factory recommended for the MV Agusta motorcycle I'll be picking up soon, (910cc, 144hp) they also say the Motul 300V 15-50 is acceptable. What about Amsoil 20-50?

Whatever oil is used, it will get worked hard with the wet clutch/shared tranny on this bike.

Any insights?

Go with the factory recommendation...I think you will find this is solid oil; my second choice would be the Motul.

Yes it does. The JASO MA rating takes care of that and most heavy oils do not have friction modifiers in them.

I wish I could get some more detailed info on this oil. HTHS etc.

The Agip 10W-60 should have a HTHS guesstimated at around 6.5 to 7 at 150 C using the values from the Motul 300V.

The Motul 300V 15W-50:
HTHS viscosity at 150°C (302°F) ASTM D4741 5.33 mPa.s
VI is 154
Motul 300V 20W-60:
HTHS viscosity at 150°C (302°F) ASTM D4741 7.17 mPa.s
VI is 162
The Motul data is from:
