Aftermarket wheels for Ford Escape

I have a chance to buy some aftermarket Aluminum wheels for my Ford Escape. The bolt pattern is correct, but the hole in the center of the rim is larger than the hole in the stock rims.

Does this matter, or is the bolt pattern all I need to worry about?

You need to get a set of matching centering rings for it to work properly with your vehicle.

You also need to make sure the rim's offset is correct for your application.

How can I check to find the offset on the new rims?

Ask the manufacturer. Usually it's also imprinted somewhere on the rim itself.

The Escape has quite a high + OEM offset (around 44?). Aftermarket could be anything.

The wheel that I have has a 65 stamped on the back side of the rim. Could 65 be the offset?
