Not quite. Hint: Additives generally fall into two categories. metallic-based and Non-metallic based.

Another Hint: Additives containing metallic components produce what kind of deposits ?

If no metallic compounds are found in ANY additive component, it is called an "Ashless" component or additive because it does not contribute to any metallic ash or metallic deposits upon combustion.
