Nuts...if chefs are picking wild deathcaps, thinking them straw mushrooms, and cooking them, how can the public not be at risk ?
Maybe not from the meal that the now dead chef and his mates ate, but there's more than "none", particularly as there's now an education campaign to teach asian chefs that there's a problem.
