ACEA B3 B4

What API ratings would be the counterparts to the ACEA B3 and B4 ratings. Would these loosely translate into something like CF, or some CG, CH, or CI rating?

Those are Euro Specs kinda like API...
Like MFG specs say from volvo or MB or whomever...
"Cause not all OIL that is say SL or SJ rated will meet this specific spec or has to unless all the clasifications are contained within the API spec, which I know nothing about most of these things.
