It is a semisynthetic with only 3% synthetic basestocks ?!!
 
I think this is accuarte but if not someone jump in.

PAH is a group of compounds that can/do cause cancer.

Old style GP1 oils, Napthenics of low severity refining and some diesel type fuels.

It maybe shown due to the type of oils used as a "diluent" in some of the supplied additives.

Think stands for "Poly Aromatic Hydrocarbon"
of which there is none in a PAO or a GPII/GPIII oil.

HOB in this context refers to "Highly Over-Based." These calcium components are detergents and rust inhibitors.

The first component in the list is simply an amide borate ester.

The last item is an anti-oxidant.
