I purchased Pennzoil Platinum SAE 0W20 Synthetic oil for my 2021 Supra B58 engine oil change, It does not meet the SN C5 specs that BMW calls for.
I realized this after changing the oil.

I normally do some spirited driving here in central Texas and will do less than 3k miles before my next oil change. Should I drain it and add the right stuff or just leave it at "close enough"? I have the oil I used on the left, and the Euro spec on the right. Thanks for any advice!

Folks on hear will tell others all the time to use something other than what's recommended by the mnfcr because its only a recommendation. Regardless of having different approvals, license and or specs. Now the mnfcr recommendation is the "correct" oil?

OP, I wouldn't worry about it, PU is excellent
oil, but if it eats at you, just change it when the compulsion becomes to great.

Dump it, it is NOW your flush oil. You can afford to dump it, don't be a cheapskate. My other question is why would you be using 0w-20 in that car in the first place.

Buy or lease?

The question is related to cost, and time? Nobody likes to throw away something that is perfectly good
