those readings indicate the compressor is doing something but not much.
could be slipping clutch,belt(unlikely) or most likely bad compressor.a leaky internal valve most likely.
Expansion valve it is! 6.5 hours book labor. Thinks he can do it quicker and won't have to remove the dash. Worst case scenario is $700 total. Parts, labor and all taxes.
