Looks like it would go on rough terrain, particularly in muskeg or snow. I expect the extra large wheels result in very low terrain loads, and lots of traction.
I like how everything is low tech.
What I mean to say is the powertrain is simple, yet proven to be reliable old-school technology.
An old saying is that 4WD lets you get farther into the wilderness before you get stuck (or something breaks). If it's not field repairable or has a backup system, well, it's a long walk or, in this case, swim too. There is some real innvation here too. Optional fuel cans mounted IN the wheels is ingenious.
