Hasn't that bottle always been less than a quart? It has been around for a long time.

You can buy swoopy 28oz bottles or the normal 32oz.

Powerade did that a long time ago. Went from 32 oz to 28oz. I still have a couple of the 32oz Gatorade bottles in my frigid but now Walmart says they’re out of stock. The 28oz cost more too

32 oz used to be .99 cents for years, at least at WallyWorld. Now, I think I paid 1.39 for the 'new quart". LOL. Might be just a HyVee thing, I have to assume you can still get quarts, somewhere.

I like the "lyte" version with 20 calories. Only low calorie drink I have ever liked except water and unsweet tea.
Poweraid routinely goes on sale for Sometimes I'll buy a couple for when I'm mowing @90F and sunny.

Gatorade was 32oz up until a year or 2 ago, Powerade has been 28oz for several years now.

And before that, they made the bottle bigger, advertised "new bigger bottle, 32oz at 28oz price".

Then left it there, increased the price to get ready to shrink it.

Can't find Lemon Lime Powerade in the last 3 grocery stores ... They have other flavors that I don't like.
I stash those like engine oil. Down to my last 2 bottles. Maybe not a bad idea running out since it has lots of sugar iirc. I don't like the taste of low or 0 sugar stuff.
