I don't know exactly how much rain we have in south Orange County, my guess is more than 1" may be up to 2". It rained very hard around 4:30-5:00 AM. We may have some rain next Tuesday too.
Power outage in my area for more than 1 hour at around 3:00-3:15 PM, my daughter had to go to school library to study.
