Acceleration was hesitant on my 94 GMC Sierra, 350 TBI engine. I replaced the throttle position sensor. The "Service Engine Soon" light came on and the engine surges/lopes. What gives?

Problem solved. The new sensor came apart. It was Echelin. Supposed to be Napa's best. Let's see if they stand by it tomorrow.
Rock Auto has the OEM TPS at a good price
