a very serious problem with their position re: temperature compensation is that in underground tanks, the temperature is VERY closer much closer to 60 (probably 68f) than to the air temp. Even in AZ, even in August.

Even after pumped topside and placed in the tank, as a liquid it takes some time to rise in temperature.


otoh, good read if you can get past their pontifications and bias.
