If you're looking for a turbo Mopar mullet mobile, consider trying to find one of the Dodgearati's.

Not a mullet mobile, when they first came out, but would definitely be a mullet ride today.

They're probably a $1000, or less, car by now.

...you've got it wrong - you want a 1977-1979 Nova, primer black or grey, with slapper bars, rusted Crager rims, and a chugging 350 with thrush mufflers....

Well I looked at an 88 Lebaron 2.5 convertible. Ran away screaming. Seller had it top down, first thing I did was raise the top-- eight inch gash, half covered with duct tape.

Started it up, it stalled. Started again, it chugged along. "Low on fuel" says the seller.

Inspection sticker looked like it was peeled off another car.

Any water that came in through the roof had the potential to drain through holes in the floor.

At least the leather seat was super duper cushy.

This car had most of the 80s chrysler doodads and gizmos. The rocker switch for the power convertible top was perpindicular to but otherwise next to those for the power windows, kind of odd.

Power steering had a belt, and was full of fluid, but didn't offer any assist.

No muffler to speak of either.

But hey, it ran!
