6k miles on H-6 Subaru 3.6R - time for synthetic?

Not that the local dealer ever bothered to read that in the manual...3 times I got my car back from them and the paperwork said they had used 0W20.

Synthetic is an easy decision. 2nd place would be a front-labeled syn-blend, not a conventional. Including not a conventional with miniscule amounts of synthetic in the conventional jug.
