6-7k OCI filter choice

The Delco. Oil filters aren't super important till you get into extended oil change intervals . The air filter and the intake seal is way more important to engine life.
 
Its a 05 Chevy Colorado 3.5 litre 5 cylinder. It does have an OLM, but I just can't go past 6-7k. I used to be a member of the 3k club, so I think I have made great strides.
 
I'd go with a Pure One. Check Amazon.com, from time to time they run 2 for 1 specials, prices are pretty good. Sometimes if you buy $25 or more they ship them free. I loaded up on them from Amazon. The Pure One filters are very good too.

If you only want to use one of the filters you listed then I'd go AC Delco.
