Sometimes I'm under the impression this forum should ban those daily
'thick vs thin' topics. I tend to ask my self if the question is even serious. .
I have half jug left of conventional 5W30 after I sold my car. I have a 2015 Kia Forte that uses 5W20 and I've been using synthethic in it a few years after I bought it new. This car has 70km (~45kmiles).
Could I use a quarter from the 5W30 jug for the next 2 oil changes together with my 5W20 synthetic (same brand) or should I just throw out perfectly good oil, but wrong grade.

I have used 5w 20, 5w 30, and 10w 30 in a friend's 2016 Kia Soul 1.6 with no issues that I know of. My locale usually sees mild winters and hot summers.
