I guess I was lucky in getting the 1.5 Diesel


I assume the 3.8 l/100 km consumption number comes from the EU test cycle. Expect "real world" consumption to be 20-30% higher.

I know one guy who reckons that it's possible to get more energy out of a gallon of ethanol than is actually contained in it....something about it burning real special like...

I reported an average of 5.4 liters per 100km (52.3imp mpg) so your 20-30% extra Real World would seem about right.
The vehicle really shined when at a steady speed on the flat using it's 6th gear.

But I seem to be Branded as an Internet Troll making this up
