Not from what I have seen.
While working at Tires Plus and Tire Kingdom, every Enterprise car we got was filled with whatever bulk oil we had, unless the car was built to use synthetic only. That is the way Enterprise wanted it.

Also, when synthetic was called for, the shop used whatever brand of synthetic was stocked, unless there was no more synthetic in stock. When that happened, the service writer would order whatever synthetic the auto parts store had.

So what happened was:
Enterprise goes to Tires plus and gets Kendall oil.
Enterprize goes to Tire Kingdom and gets Pennzoil YB.

If you think Mobil 1 (or any oil) would clean that engine, you are sadly mistaken.

My brother had been telling me over the phone about how he'd been adding a qt a week to his 05 2.4l Accord. We went to visit him last week on vacation. He wanted me to take a look. He had a thick layer over gooey oil all over the top of the engine. I peaked inside the filler hole and saw a nice brown sludgy coating. I asked him when he last changed his oil. He said longer than he could remember but he figured since he added so much, there was no point. I told him he better buy that new TL he wants pretty quickly.
