I'd recommend General Altimax rt 43 I'm showing them at 152 a tire in that size. I've sold many of them and I've never seen an issue with sidewall bulges or broken belts. Definitely a possibility with any tire but I would think I'd have seen some if it was widespread.

If you wanted to go cheaper a Uniroyal Tiger Paw a/s at $129 a tire has also shown to be decent. More road noise than the General but still a safe tire with a good lifespan for a lower price.

Have had good luck with General Exclaim HPX's. Cheaper than RT43's. Wally World only.

I am new to Midas but they did a great job and very quickly with no nonsense.
I would go back again. ( Newark-DE. Kirkwood Highway branch)
Now to the tires. They are very unimpressive simply from their looks..
They look about as good as the 7 year old OEM Nexens that came off- weird
But they don't have road noise and very smooth running and they have been great in the rain.
They really transformed the CUV... Plus the 90K mile rating. They are not real deep in the tread area so
I assume they are a harder compound but no harshness in the ride.
