New addition to the family. Son headed off to college so I decided to get in a first oil change before he left. Didn't have any expectations other than higher than usual wear metals and silicone. Of course this engine has been in the news recently with the potential of excessive RTV clogging the oil pick up tube and restricting oil flow. The issue is still new and mostly undetermined, I'm hoping this will affect only a small percentage under extreme driving conditions, but only time will tell.
