20K OCI for Texas Fuzz

It sounds like the 20k interval was needed to justify the increased cost of the oil, so what we're ending up with based on the data so far is kind of a stunt, more than an experiment, with taxpayer's footing the bill. Truck fleets seem to extend oil change intervals in increments, making sure that it's safe to do so, and it seems that a number have decresed oil change intervals lately due to changes in engine design. Truck and even some car manufacturers seem to be reducing change intervals, and also specifically stating that change intervals can't be extended just because a synthetic is being used, in part to address sludge problems.
