I got my email for one of the $5 submissions but oddly enough when I went to the prepaid card there was $15 on it already. I'll take the extra money but I don't know where the extra $5 or $10 came from?

Thanks that was helpful. My email also said $5 but when I logged in, I had $10!
applied for the rebate but have not seen any verification that they got it...hopefully I get an email of that soon...in the past I was notified that they received my request for rebate right away

I applied for $10 (two jugs) only got $5. They were responsive by email and working on it.
Had similar issues with the Pennzoil rebate. Castrol was pretty painless. Overall, these are getting to be a waste of my time...
I can shop for oil from eBay sellers and prices are only slightly higher than what I would pay for buying from WalMart and receiving the rebate. The eBay sellers drop ship through WalMart so its legit products they sell. Cleaner, and no rebate hassles.

I received a confirmation like a week later
It took a few weeks for my one rebate. I received $5.

I didn't receive any notification from Mobil until the actual rebate gift card was approved two weeks later.
The Pennzoil rebate sent out an acknowledgement shortly after I submitted, then approved a few weeks later.
Not only has oil gotten more expensive, but the rebates have got smaller. I'm a fan of making them pay the rebates at the cash register!
Just a heads up that the same thing happened to me. I never heard back (after calling in), so I called in again, and they said the request was lost. So I asked if I should submit the receipt again, and they said yeah just do that. So I just started over again, with the same receipt showing 2 jugs, and I got the second $5 (actually $10 because I won $5 on the game at the end).
is Arrowhead Promotions who is running the rates for Mobil 1 now???...I am missing where on the Mobil 1 website to check status...

I received an email response that the customer service agent reentered a claim for the additional $5 and if it is accepted, I will see it in 6 weeks....of course if rejected, no way to resubmit a claim as the offer ends this weekend.
And then when you finally get the rebate, you learn that it is a debit card that can only be used at a gas station or EV charging station. Very annoying.
Only for some people, mine was a regular gift card that I loaded to my Amazon account
Yes I was an unlucky one on my first rebate. My second was a regular gift card.

Same, I loaded my $5 to my Amazon account gift card.
the rebate is only for SELECT walmart locations.. I did a search finding only 88 locations.. 88.. none close to me..
Weird it these specific stores...be SURE to know before you buy and get NO rebate.. that would suck..
