that list is for included but not all that qualify...many members here including me have already received our rebates and bought our Mobil 1 at Walmart without issue...It looks like Walmart is still off the list of stores honored in the rebate.

I bought 2 jugs from Walmart and got the rebate already this year - purchased at walmart online actually. Walmart is on the list of retailers in their drop down list when you actually go to submit for your rebate. No idea why there not on the published list - likely they don't mutually participate in some marketing program or other. They were not on the list last year either, and it worked then as well.
I bought 2 jugs of 0W-20EP today at WalMart and just submitted my rebate request. I got a claim number so now I play the waiting game.
What kind of receipt do you need for an online WalMart order to qualify? I sent a photo of my WalMart online receipt and it was disapproved. Said the receipt needed more information. I printed it straight from the WalMart website as there was not a receipt in the box when it arrived.
They approved my rebate last year when I sent them a long screenshot of the "package delivered" email that had my address, tracking info, order details, price, and order number barcode.

The submission form specifically asks for the email receipt walmart sends when it arrives to you showing it "delivered" - which also shows the item and the price. Its in the fine print somewhere - almost missed it myself. I had to dig it out from my deleted folder and just printed it to pdf and uploaded the whole thing.
I presume this is so you can't order it online - submit the rebate, then cancel the order?
give them a call...when I was in a holding pattern for approval I called...was told they couldn't see the date I bought Mobil 1 so I sent them an additional photo (after they updated my original attempt) and it was approved in a few days

Yeah, I hear you on that. Dunno if I’ll even bother with M1 if they want to play their little rebate game. I can get Mobil Super for $13.99 all day long at Rural King.
Mobil definitely isn’t helping anyone; when they “cheapen” the rebate amount they will pay you. IMO; shame on them

Just received my approval email yesterday for a Walmart purchase.
I have bought two 5 quart jugs from Walmart and received the rebate. Got my second visa card in the mail yesterday.
So I ordered two 5-quart jugs in late September and submitted the rebate the next day. Guess what ... a week later and I have a virtual gift card in my email inbox. Question: how do I spend/convert $20 on a virtual card into spendable cash? Add it to my Amazon account? How do you normally "launder" these virtual cards? I usually get a physical card and spend it at Wallyword ...
I always used them to pay my Comcast bill, that was the easiest place to get rid of them.
