Picked up this LR Disco at 14,5k mi, I believe this is the first oil change (nothing else listed on history). Factory Fill is 0w20 Castrol Professional E. LR Spec's 16k OCI's but I wasn't comfortable with that long, looks to be good to go. Current oil in it is 0w20 TOTAL Ineo Dynamics. Will do 10k and recheck.

Thanks! Takes 8.5 quarts so a bit larger sump. The Professional E is expensive stuff, around $160 for oil & filter and that's the cheapest I've found it. There aren't too many oils fulfilling the STJLR.51.5122 spec, the TOTAL I've found online for $80/10L + another $20-30 for the OEM filter. Will probably keep between 15k OCI if I switch back to the Professional E stuff.
