I have a 2019 F150 with the 2.7

I changed the oil back in October of last year and don't drive much, but for the life of me I can't remember what it is, and for some reason I never noted the milage this time

Is there any way to go back and see when I reset the OLM?

I am at 18K, and I think I MIGHT have been at 15k, but I just don't know

With my wifes equinox, the olm will tell you if your getting close to needing a change. As a matter of fact, you have to hit the reset to have it start displaying the speedometer every time you start the engine. I would think your truck would kinda do the same thing. Otherwise it wouldn't be worth having.,,

I don’t think there is a way to see when it was reset without a high level diagnostic tool. What is the percentage at? 75 miles for every 1% is a fairly reasonable estimate.

Side benefit of posting in the latest oil change thread is you can go back to review it later. If you did so, maybe go find your post.

I always reset both trip meters when I do the OCI including resetting the OLM. Then only reset Trip A at fueling, leave Trip B as your mileage counter. Only issue is it resets at 9999.9, but that doesn’t seem to be a problem for your vehicle.

Inspect the oil on dipstick. What color? Frothy or not? Usual smell or extra stinky? If you're in the habit of always wiping off underside of filler cap at OCI time, then an inspection of underside of filler cap can provide visual clues as to your current oil's condition.

Modern oils are good for (at least) 1 year or 5K miles, and often much more. You're thinking you may be at 3K. So unless oil looks or smells nasty, it's fine, IMO.
