It appears the dealer doesn't use the ac delco oil.

Any guess what they would use.

Engine just had lifters replaced.

Wear metals and contaminants look good, but viscosity is out of range.

This doesn't look like fuel dilution was flagged. Not sure why it was not in the report.

Some dealers use syn blend oil which might not have a dexos rating. There is dexos 1 gen 1/2 rated syn blends but not gen 3 and they have used that instead of d1 g3 oil.

I use anything 3.5+ hths in my 2021 though it's the slightly different l87 6.2 but not different where oil matters. They're not lspi prone but if it burns too much something lower saps and ash would be good for long term ownership. Helps keep the cat alive longer.

It being out of warranty I'd have the afm disabled.

Maybe they weren't using the right specs for a virgin oil.

looking at some numbers I found on here for an AC Delco Synthetic 0W-30 the
Moly might be closer to 73,
Boron 220
Magnesium 586.

This would flag the Boron with depletion under 50% of virgin, but the Magnesium would be more inline.

I also found some reports indicating the virgin oil viscosity should be 45 / 8.5 respectively.

Not sure if they will edit their report, without hard data they can test.

They have updated the base oil from a Diesel motor oil to the AC Delco 0w-30 they had on file.
I never supplied a baseline oil sample, as he's been getting oil changes at dealer and drive up oil change locations.

I will Update the report. They now indicate some fuel dilution
