I have a 2017 Transit 350 with 3.5 Ecoboost engine. The coolant tank needs to be topped off. The coolant looks pink/red to me in the overflow tank. What color antifreeze should I top it off with? I see both yellow and orange recommended on the O'Reilly website.

Prestone with Cor-Guard, or MC Yellow. The dealer added Yellow to the Orange on the’18 Transit 250 3.7 in my sig when they replaced the transmission cooler a while back, they didn’t even bother draining out all the Orange when they did it.
I ended up topping off with the orange, to match what's in there. But I will have the system flushed and replaced with the new Ford yellow coolant later this spring.
