2017 Ford Escape - seems like some ATF came out of transmission vent - problem?

Yours is a different design, Remove the clamp & vent assembly & that's the fill tube.
Can I replace the one that’s on the car now with this type

Does the base part that is still on the transmission look like this? If so it should work. It shows the one you linked as fitting units built from 21Apr2014-13Aug2019 so basically all of them.

FWIW I have sold exactly 1 of these, to me... I bought one in case I ever lost it working on my mom's car. I tend to drop things and not hear them hit the ground/floor.

Not sure if mine looks like that. The build date on my car was 12/16 which is strange that the vent cap looks totally different from what everything shows it should look like.
I ordered the other cap from my local Ford dealer, so we’ll see in a few days
Thanks

Drain and fill is complete. New vent cap makes it a very simple process.
actually did two drain and fills
FF was pretty nasty looking, the second drain was some what better. Last refill was RL D6
