I have a 2016 2500HD, 6.0 vortec. 120k miles. Just had the transmission rebuilt with a billet converter and going to bite the bullet on a bunch of maintenance items to hopefully get another 120k out of her. Brakes were done about 20k miles ago and fluid was replaced.
Here is the list I have so far:
replace diff fluid
replace transfer case fluid
replace coolant
shocks (thinking monroe gas magnum or bilstein 4600)
plugs and wires
alignment and suspension check
oil change, going UPF48R and 5w30 restore and protect this time around
Was also thinking about doing belt/hose replacement, is that still kind of a standard maintenance item? If so, should I do idler/tensioner pulleys as well?
Anything missing from this list or other suggestions?
Thanks!
