Here's the UOA from my EcoDiesel running Delo 600 ADF 15w40. This is the longest run that I've done and waited for the OLM to reach 4%. The TBN was down to 1 so I'm glad that I changed it when I did. Does anyone know what the Nickel is from?

That potassium.....do you have a failed oil cooler?
Apparently it's part of their anti-wear package. The other, older, potassium hits are from the gasket maker when changed the oil pan.

Something different to go over. I don't think Blackstone has ever seen it obviously. Difficult to tell how it is in the market as it's still very limited and expensive.

Don't fret over the TBN number. The standard TBN test uses an acid and measures it's reaction to the metallic additives used for base number retention (I'm simplifying this)....600 ADF does not have those metals to begin with so the standard TBN test will always return low numbers . Chevron offers specific test kits for 600 ADF.
Here is a sample from one of my new trucks I have on it. Sample line 1 is the factory oil (pulled at 1k) and sample line 2 is the 600 ADF run to the full OLM distance of 7500 miles. I consider Polaris to be the best lab in the country and they struggle getting this oil right (hence all the additive qty flags). I'm going to have to switch to Chevron's program to get it right I guess, even though Polaris does it for them.
I like the oil except it has lousy cold flow properties for serious Canadian cold weather (like 20 below F and colder).
