2015 Nissan Sentra 1.8 rough engine noise

Engine isn't as smooth as it was brand new. Have about 59.5k miles on it right now, with oil change only 2k miles ago. Down a quart right now.

First rough noise you hear is triggered on throttle at 2000-3000 RPM. Second rough noise is triggered from 3000-4000 RPM.

If you checked the oil and topped it off as needed, you'd know more. So, plan for the new engine or vehicle if you keep running it low or out of oil.

Always been maintained on time every 5-6k with synthetic 0w20. Worst I've seen it is half a quart at the end of that interval.
