When was the first time the fluid was changed in this unit?

I assume this is Amsoil ATL which has a starting viscosity of 6.3 cSt so it show the tranny is shearing the fluid somewhat.

Insolubles with manganese usually indicated wet clutch-pack wear.

Yes it is ATL. The entire fluid change history is on the report. This is the first time that I didn’t do a 3x drain and fill. Only ever sampled the first drain every time. This time I only did 1 drain and fill. Was planning on every 20k repeating the process

Well, what I meant was, was the first time the fluid was changed was it at 94,000 miles??
not OP, but seems to be.
