The guys rocking these at the track are mostly running Amsoil and redline with good shifting and protection results.

If it was me I would run Amsoil or maxima.

At the track these bikes are wound up at keep at redline as you need to keep it in the power or you try to make it up with corner speed.

I rode the new Honda CBR250R vs. the Ninja 250 last week while I was in Thailand. Both bikes were made in Thailand and factory stock. The Ninja rode circle around the Honda.
