replaced w/bmw 5w30 7qt.
all other results zero

These motors (N52) shed high aluminum during break in. Do you know your fuel %?

Here is another report from an 07 BMW X3 (same motor N52) with 18k on the factory fill. The wear numbers are similar to yours except higher because of the miles.

the fuel number
only chevron 91 used.
oil 'felt' good (yea, i know that sounds nuts)
will go to dealer for 'free' oil change in early dec.& filter change #1..wasn't changed.
will change there-after @ around 7500mi

I would like to see your next UOA. I think your fuel dilution is a tad high...look at your manganese...
Great motors...I had a 07 200KW 330i..lovely car..
Have you seen the twin turbo V8 Petrol X5? That is a beauty of note...

Looks really good. Al is high but apparently that is normal during break-in. Castrol's BMW oils seem to hold up well.
