Agree. Change it, don’t flush it. Time for the filter too. In a few months, do a drain/fill again, without the pan drop. If it runs and shifts well, no harm in using a higher tier fluid.

I agree. This method for subsequent D&F. On 4WD models, that filter and pan are a major PITA to remove unless you buy a new pan with plug.
