19 months back = At 200K I sampled my oil for the first time on this engine and found antifreeze to my surprise.
I tried K-Seal Ultimate - and in Oct 19 I was still getting antifreeze in the oil. K- seal did reimburse me as their guarantee says.
I took off the valve covers to see if I had the heads with the porosity issues and was happy to see I did not.
I had planned to replace the head gaskets last October but was having back problems at the time so I tried the Bars leak tabs or pelllets.
I wanted the GM tabs but no one had them local and the Bars leak products looked the same..
Here is my latest sample.
I think I am leaving it where it is unless it starts leaking more.
I also changed my air filter from Wix to Fram and my silicone numbers are down a little.
