"A loose terminal in the main fuse box may cause the fuel pump to loose power. If the fuel pump becomes inoperative, the engine may not start. In the worst cae, if the fuel pump loses power while driving, the engine could stall without warning, and a crash could occur."

FYI

lol, I was thinking the same thing.

Honda makes more profit upfront, because they dont give money off the way that GM does. So they have $$$ to spare to put out recalls, free tuneups, etc.

JMH

So if Ford/GM/Chrysler puts out a recall, it's "because of their crappy engineering that they didn't get it right the first time".

But if Honda puts out a recall, it's "because they're such a great company that wants to make things right."

How are you privy to information regarding the motivations of automakers when they issue a recall?

Perhaps you can tell us why Honda never recalled their "main relay" which resulted in similar symptoms?

How does Saturn fit in as far as recalls? Saturn owners tend to think that Saturn can do no wrong, at least till they slap a GM badge on Saturns..
