Well here is another sample after a 2K mile short interval Mobil 1 oil change, then going additional 5k miles. Better results. My gas saver daily lives on . Love these push rod 60* V6s. Amazing on fuel.

Yup, whatever was going on has obviously passed.

Yup, whatever was going on has obviously passed.

Sadly I noticed it had a ever so slightly head gasket leak when I bought it, which had contaminated the engine with coolant. I could tell because the reservoir had a slight bubble here and there. Head gasket at 47K miles you wouldn't think would be trashed but they were. These engines were known for this issue. Not anymore. Fel Pro everything. Lol.
