This is the second UOA at 1000k because I was concerned about sodium and lead. Sodium is down, I believe the rest is from the last oil I used. Lead is back to 3 ppm with only 1000k miles. LAst UOA it was 6 ppm at 3000k. I do not understand the lead. Any ideas?

You should not compare this UOA directly to your previous UOA since you sampled at 1/3 the mileage and used a different oil. I would sleep easy with 3 or 6 ppm of lead. If you are worried about the lead sample at consistent intervals for trending. If the lead is still a concern to you try a 40wt.

Think through the fuel/additive procedures also if you're using some type of additive. They can skew the lead results.
