2002 Suburban Cabin Filter Horror

Friend of mine wanted to know if his truck had a cabin filter. Answer was yes.

I like when I find the Lower filter is new & the Upper filter is original

......Like they sell them in pairs so you have a spare for later???
 
My 02 Yukon was that bad or worse. I don't even know how air was blowing through.

I knew what I was looking for (two filters) going in, buy had I not researched, I might not have known there was a second one tucked in there.

Have to give GM credit for doing it the right way (filter after blower) though.

Yup its one of the MUST DO's when owning these rigs lol

I did the one in my 2nd '01 Suburban with 245K right after purchase !!! In went a Champion charcoal from Pep boys

Gonna do my other burban in a week, My allergies are BAD down here in CRAPahoma

Best filter they had in stock at the Advance was the Purolator Boss, so that's what replaced it. I'm still stupefied any air flowed in there at all.
