I needed to have the fluid in a 99 Taurus flushed this last weekend, the oil line 'quick disconnect' didn't disconnect, so I ended up having it changed at a quick lube place as I was pressed for time. I tried Juffy lube and Valvoline but both of them keep their machines filled with Mercon and just add Lubequard to convert it to a Mercon V, so they couldn't do it. Oil Can Henry's had an empty machine and they ended up doing it, as I could use the 16 qts of Castrol Mercon V that I brought. Usually they use a multiuse Castrol fluid.
