My thoughts...
Sodium has me raising an eyebrow - no clue where that is coming from (we do use the same oil funnel for about a dozen vehicles in our shop). PQIA shows PYB 5w30 has 5 ppm of sodium. My 1MZ-FE is doing what they do best - chewing up oil in short OCIs but running like a fine Swiss watch. Blackstone recommends a 5,000 - 5,500 mile OCI. I will probably shoot for 4,500 mile OCIs and have 5,000 miles as a max. I don't plan on moving away from PYB 5w30 and the TG-3600. Zinc seems high for SN PYB 5w30. Silicon seems high - air filter has maybe 15,000 miles on it and I only open the filter box while changing the oil for inspection. I doubt I check the miles of vacuum hoses and feet of intake tube yet - but something to think about. If sodium is a fluke or an anomaly from Blackstone I think the car is good for another 100,000 miles.
